I wanted to make ice cream
but there’s no cream in my house, and I’m lazy, so here’s a recipe I freely adapted from this Epicurious recipe, altering all of the flavors while keeping the liquid/thickener balance the same.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
3 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 650mL bottle of stout.
1tsp espresso
1 tsp cocoa
4 large egg...
